The E-COMMERCE exhibition in Paris

From the 12th to 14th September the online marketing and e-commerce branch attended the 8th E-COMMERCE exhibition in Paris. Around 30,000 people visited the exhibition and participated in 350 free conferences. Compared to last year, the number of international visitors has doubled, showing the growing importance of the E-COMMERCE Paris in Europe. 

E-commerce market leaders such as the CEO of Amazon France and the founder of Vente-Privée.com contributed to the resounding success of the exhibition. 

Due to all positive statements just write down already the date for 2012: 11th to 13th September 2012 and don’t miss the latest trends and market information directly in Paris next year.

New law for distance selling companies in Germany

“The law for adapting the prescription about paying a compensation when it comes to cancel distance selling contracts and linked contracts came into force on August 4, 2011. Distance selling companies have to take action as the amendments have to be implemented within three months.

Mainly the interpretation of the so-called “compensation” forces the companies to inform their customers with immediate effect in detail about their rights. Moreover, even the right to cancel has to be completely amended and disposed to the customers when the contract is concluded.

Three months is not a long time – thus we urgently recommend you to implement these amendments immediately! Of course we can help you with the correct wording and also when it comes to legally check your corresponding texts!
